About Us
Our Founders.
Our founders are Nataliya Osipova and Andrey Osipov, a Russian-Ukrainian couple from Melbourne, Australia.
As founders of Evolve Church Inc, they started a small initiative to help a few families fleeing the war. Evolve Help Ukraine was borne when they realised there were hundreds of displaced Ukrainians arriving - some with no savings, no clothes and sometimes no one they know here.

Evolve Help Ukraine is auspiced by Evolve Church Inc (ABN: 30 148 008 608). Evolve Church Inc has been registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) since March 2020.

Our Finances.
In the first three months of the war, we directed 100% of donations to supporting displaced Ukrainians. However, as demand has grown, a need for insurance, volunteer related costs and training has meant that we currently have an administration cost of 10%.
Currently, 90% of your donations goes directly to the resettlement needs of the Ukrainian people. 10% is our administration cost, this is for:
Subscription fees for our database
Website support
Fundraising expenses and volunteer related costs
Police Checks, courses for ACC safer churches
Insurance
